Refunds – Once approved, refunds are issued via bank transfer only. Depending on your bank, the funds usually reflect within 1–2 working days.
Because some returns are handled directly through our suppliers, the total processing time may vary slightly. To be safe, please allow 3–5 working days from the time your return is received until your refund reflects in your account.
