While we always strive to make returns and refunds simple for our customers, certain items cannot be returned under specific conditions. Please review the list below before making your return request.
Items that cannot be returned:
Customized or special-order products – Any product that has been made to your specifications or specially ordered in cannot be returned.
Used or installed products – Once an item has been installed, used, or shows visible signs of use, it cannot be returned.
Products not in original packaging – If the original packaging has been damaged, discarded, or is incomplete, the item cannot be returned.
Exceptions:
Unless otherwise specified, items not falling under points 1–3 above can still be returned.
All return requests must be initiated within 7–14 days of delivery.
The product must be in resalable condition for the return to be accepted.
