How to Cancel

• Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Important Notes

• Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the Returns & Refunds process instead.

Refunds

• If your cancellation is approved, any payment made will be refunded directly to your bank account.
