You can provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Products marked as non-returnable
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for inspection and, if applicable, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be issued within 3–5 working days.

Exchanges are possible if the desired replacement item is in stock.
