Bathroom City was established in the year 2021.

This website was designed to be an Ecommerce site that aims to make everyone part of the family-by putting you first. 

Our service strives to provide our family-based customers with excellence in an environment that is safe and accommodating. 

Our company is not just a trust-worthy platform, but we provide you with a variety of products. We do what family does best, we give the best.

We have an extensive range of accessories, basins, baths, cabinets, plumbing fittings, showers, taps, toilets and kitchen sinks.

  1. Add products to your cart
  2. View your cart and then proceed to the checkout page
  3. At the checkout, enter your details and delivery address
  4. Make a secure payment via one of our safe platforms, such as Payfast, or process an EFT straight into our bank account
  5. An order confirmation mail, will be sent to the email address provided

Local Deliveries: 5 – 7 working days, if the supplier has stock, otherwise an eta will communicated to you

Outlying Regions: ETA will be advised 

  1. All stock shortages and damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products
  2. An email can either be sent to info@bathroomcity.co.za or a phone call can be made to 082 456 1508
  3. Proof of purchase and the original invoice will need to be provided
  4. The product must still be within its original, undamaged packaging and in a sellable condition
  5. All products should be inspected before any installations take place
  6. No products can be returned after they have been installed
  7. A handling fee of 15% will be applicable on all goods returned
  8. The return date of goods must be within 30 days of purchase
  1. Report of products that need to be swopped or exchanged, needs to be given within 48 hours of receiving the goods
  2. An email can be sent to info@bathroomcity.co.za, or a phone call can be made to 082 456 1508
  3. The products/s must still be within there original packaging, undamaged and resalable
  4. A delivery fee will be applicable on all goods delivered
  5. All goods incorrectly delivered will be exchanged at no cost to the client
